Product description
The recalled storage bins are wooden with scalloped edges and were sold in pastel green or pink. Item number 226782 (pastel green storage bin) or 226781 (pink storage bin) is located on the bottom of the storage bin.
No other storage bins or colours are included in this recall.
Hazard identified
Surface paint on the storage bins could contain excessive levels of lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.
Health Canada has not received reports of illness or injury to Canadians related to the use of these bins.

Approximately 65 storage bins were sold in Canada.

Sold at Lowe's retail outlets in Ontario from December 2007 through February 2008.
