Product description

The recalled product is sold in a clear bag containing 200g of dried clay (Kaolin free, natural product).

It is a cosmetic skin care product used to beautify facial skin.

Hazard identified

The products contain high levels of lead (25-28ppm). The use of the product on the face near the mouth can result in the product being accidentally ingested and cause harmful levels of lead to accumulate in the body. Excessive levels of lead can lead to serious health problems.

No complaints or injuries have been reported to Health Canada.
