All of the above mentioned children's sleepwear are also identified by CA 36475.
Please note, pyjamas that have been modified to include tight cuffs are not included in this recall.
Hazard identified
Health Canada has established that these products do not meet the flammability requirements for children's sleepwear under Canadian law.
Loose-fitting children's sleepwear can contact ignition sources such as stove elements, candles and matches more readily than tight-fitting sleepwear and once ignited will burn rapidly, potentially resulting in severe burns to large areas of the child's body.
Health Canada has not received any reports of injuries or incidents related to the use of these children's sleepwear.
Number sold
Thirty-nine of the recalled children's sleepwear were sold at Blü retail stores in Quebec.
Time period sold
The recalled children's sleepwear was sold until November 2008.
