Product description

The product number 1900220 is printed on the top right-hand corner of the package. The pacifier has a heart-shaped guard.

Hazard identified

The pacifier failed to meet Canadian safety requirements. The nipple and handle detached during testing. Children using the pacifier could choke on a nipple or pieces of the handle.

149,000 pacifiers sold across Canada.
