The item is a one-piece sleepwear for infants, with lion and numbers on chest and diagonal snap closures along the entire length of the garment.
Hazard identified
Health Canada has received one complaint of two snap buttons closest to the neck which have come off this garment. Small objects may pose a choking hazard to infants and small children.
Health Canada has not received any reports or incidents of choking caused by ingestion of the buttons on the recalled sleeper.
