Product description
1-2-3 Countn' Fun multicoloured foam rubber animal figures with pop out numbers in the middle.
The animal figures stick to the sides of the bath tub.
The bath toys have item number "7623B" and "3+" on the packaging.
Hazard identified
The small glued parts on the figures can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.
Health Canada has received one complaint of small parts becoming detached with use. No injuries have been reported.
Additionally, the product is packaged in a plastic pouch that is large enough to fit over a child's head. The package does not have the required suffocation hazard warning and poses a suffocation hazard to children.
Number sold
Approximately 240 of the bath toys were sold in Canada.
Time period sold
The bath toys were sold in Quebec, New Brunswick as well as in St- Pierre Miquelon (France) from August 2007 until March 2008.
