Amia Automated PD System - Cycler

Reason

Baxter Corporation has identified a potential failure with the Amia cycler where the power cord socket can become loose or detached when the power cord is unplugged from the back of the cycler. To address this issue, Baxter will be inspecting and repairing any loose power cord sockets during the next Amia cycler service. The Amia cyclers may continue to be used, and do not need to be returned at this time.
