ALLIANCE FACE SHIELD

Reason

The manufacturer, Medical Mart Supplies Ltd, is issuing a recall of certain lots of the Faceshield Disposable Full Shield due to the presence of natural rubber latex in the elastic headband. The headband composition is intended to be latex free material, however certain lots of Faceshields were manufactured with headband material containing 10% latex. Since the product is not intended to contain latex, the label does not contain any latex warning therefore the user will not be aware of the presence of natural rubber latex.
