Reason
Hill-Rom has discovered that in a small sample of Advantar 2 beds, one or more siderails may not be securely fastened to the siderail frame. Depending on use, and whether sufficient force is applied laterally to the siderail, the siderail could potentially detach from the frame and drop to the floor.
