Tubeez Baby Bath Support

Product description

This recall involves the Tubeez Baby Bath Support. The bath support is a rigid plastic seat, attached to a foam mat for use in the bathtub.  The foam mat is either blue or grey and features multiple suction cups on the underside.  There are two styles, B9150BL and B9150GY.  Date codes 1251-0916-ENJ-NACN and 1434-0617-ENJ-NACN are printed on the underside of the mat, on the packaging and on the bath support.

Hazard identified

The bath support’s suction cups may not adhere to the bath surface, making it unstable and cause it to possibly tip over while in use. In addition, an infant can slip underneath the front support bar and become lodged under water posing a drowning hazard.

As of October 9, 2018, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada or the United States.
