Product description
This recall involves 51L LinQ™ Sea-Doo® coolers with model number 269000817. The model number is moulded on the bottom of the cooler.
The coolers are white with a black storage pocket, rod holder system and trolling slots.
Hazard identified
The cooler latch can lock automatically when the lid is closed, allowing a person to become closed inside posing entrapment and suffocation hazards.
As of July 16, 2019, the company has received no incidents or injuries in Canada.
Number sold
Approximately 386 units of the recalled product were sold in Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold from October 2018 to June 2019.
