Product description
This recall involves 4 in 1 Dramatic Play Theatres. The toy has two interchangeable panels with unique themes on each side. Themes include a post office, puppet theatre, doctor's office and a diner.
Product model number G51062 can be found on a sticker located on the bottom of the centre crossbar and on the assembly instructions.
Hazard identified
The 4 in 1 dramatic play theater may unexpectedly tip over during play, creating an entrapment hazard. Further, if tipped over, the theater may break into small pieces, posing a choking hazard to young children.
Guidecraft has received 2 reports from consumers in the United States of tip-over incidents, including one report of a child who suffered minor contusions and abrasions.
Health Canada has not received any reports of incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of this toy.

Number sold
Approximately 356 units of the recalled toys were sold in Canada and 1,800 in the United States at various catalog and online retailers.
Time period sold
The recalled toys were sold from July 2010 to April 2011.
