This recall involves a 125V current tap, which converts 2 outlets to 6 outlets. The recalled current taps have model number FSA-04H and were manufactured on March 18, 2009.

Hazard identified

Some of the receptacles on the current tap may be mis-wired, posing a shock hazard.

There have been no reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of these products.

Approximately 2,500 of the recalled products were sold at dollar stores across Canada.
