Product description

This recall involves SRAM PowerLock® connector links. The recalled connector links were sold individually, on 10-speed bicycle chains, and on some Guru, Surly, Salsa, BMC, Serotta, Seven, and Ridley-brand complete bicycles.

The recalled connector links, used to install 10-speed bicycle chains without the need for special tools, can be identified by either the letter "M" or "N", found engraved on the side of the link.

  • any PowerLock® connector links that have a date code other than "M" or "N"
